What is the AcquaSaver® device?

The AcquaSaver® system ensures that rainwater takes precedence over mains water whenever rainwater is accessible. It will automatically switch to mains water if the rainwater tank is running low or in the event of an electrical failure.

Once the rainwater has been replenished or power has been restored to the pump, the AcquaSaver®  valve will automatically revert back to prioritising rainwater usage.

It’s important to note that the pump operates exclusively when rainwater is being drawn from the water tank, and it remains inactive when the AcquaSaver® Valve has switched to the position of mains.

What is the difference between a submersible pump and an external pump?

A submersible pump differs from an external pump in several key aspects. Submersible pumps are gaining popularity due to their unique features. These pumps are placed inside the water tank, resulting in reduced noise levels as the surrounding water acts as a natural dampener. Moreover, submersible pumps eliminate the need for additional space outside the water tank and do not require a separate pump cover.

On the other hand, external pumps are positioned outside the water tank. They typically necessitate the use of a pump cover to protect them from environmental elements. When activated, external pumps can generate noticeable noise levels. In terms of cost, external pumps are generally more affordable compared to submersible pumps. Consider these distinctions when choosing between a submersible pump and an external pump for your specific requirements.
