Bushmans offers free delivery to the Monaro, Snowy and Southern highlands region. Our manufacturing and distribution facility is centrally located to ensure prime service to this area.
Bushmans supplies water tanks in NSW to the Southern Highlands and Snowy Mountains region via many stockists who are located in the towns and cities of the region. The major cities are Queanbeyan and Goulburn. The towns in the Southern Highlands include Bowral, Bundanoon, Bungendore, Crookwell, Marulan, Mittagong, Moss Vale, Robertson and Yass.
The major towns in the Snowy Mountains of the Monaro region include Cooma, Jindabyne, Berridale and Bombala.
The Southern Highlands and Monaro region climate are characterised by cold winters and relatively mild summers. The average annual rainfall is the region varies from 800 to 900 mm of rain in the Bowral, Moss Vale region to 500 to 600 mm in the Goulburn, Queanbeyan region and down to 450 mm in parts of the Monaro region.
The divergent rainfall pattern across the region means rainfall harvesting and tank storage needs also vary significantly. The important thing is to ensure that water tanks which are installed will meet the household or farm needs.
This region of NSW contains a mix of industries. Primarily horticulture, cropping and grazing make up the northern areas of this region. With the southern parts mainly being used for grazing and timber production. Bushmans has a range of products that are suitable for operations in this region. In particular, our range of water troughs for livestock are ideal for this use.
We stock corner troughs, circular troughs ranging in sizes from 600 litres to 4365 litres. Bushmans also stock both a 5610 and a 16 109 litre cup and saucer water tank for higher volume livestock feeding.
