How do I design a rotomoulded part?
One of the services we can provide you is to help design your part with CAD tools. Bushman usually subcontracts this service to specialists who can also undertake Finite Element Analysis if required. We’ll work with you to understand what your part needs are and what specifications must be met.

What materials are used?
Typically we use polyethylene plastic, but we can use polypropylene plastics as well.
How long will it take to complete my products?
On average, it takes about 8-10 weeks to build the initial mould and a couple of weeks to produce and review initial parts. If you are providing us with an existing mould, the process is typically less than 4 weeks.
