If you are not connected to mains water then rainwater is a very good way to provide clean water. If you are connected to mains water then the tank water gives you the freedom to use your water when and how you choose.

The amount of water collected is a combination of your roof area combined with the amount of rainfall received. See the BUSHMANS water use and tank calculator.

All tanks above come with a ball valve, overflow and leaf strainer.
Most state and local governments support the saving of water and the installation of tanks. The requirement for government approval varies between local government areas and you need to consult with your local government authority for approval processes.

BUSHMANS tanks are made of plastics approved to hold drinking water (AS4020), however local governments and water authorities do not recommended using rainwater for drinking, for cooking and personal washing where there is reticulated water available. There are filtering and water treatment systems which will allow you to use rainwater for domestic purposes. Please consult your local council or water authority.
The rainwater you catch is your water and you are able to use this for any purpose you wish, whenever you like. If your water tanks system is connected to the mains water system then there are some restrictions. Please consult your local authority.
It is recommended to use a pump so your tank water has the same pressure as mains water.
Most quality pump manufacturers recommend that you protect your pump from the weather elements to extend the working life of your pump.

Generally each industrial tank is unique with a wide range of specialist fittings. If you provide a specification of what you want to store and how you want get the liquid in and out of the tank, BUSHMANS will design a tank that meets your needs.
Each industrial tank is unique. They start with a blank tank and then you add the fittings required.
A BUSHMANS industrial tank has a full and comprehensive five year guarantee.
We recommend that your industrial tank be placed on bed of reinforced concrete. However it is also possible to place on compacted crusher dust or sand, with due care and maintenance.
An industrial tank will need to be connected using a flexible connection system along with any specialist fittings used in the manufacture of the tank.
